I often hear clients say that their life should look a certain way, heightening their shame when it doesn’t look like the ideal. In therapy, I normalize these feelings of uncertainty and shift focus to areas of life we can control. In collaboration with clients, we explore goals and values that will help guide more intentional behavior. It is my passion to provide clients with the necessary skills and language to be advocates for themselves leading more empowered lives.

I have been a Clinician for eight years and am highly skilled in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, codependency, trauma, and relationship issues. I am heavily trained in trauma-based therapy and working with those in crisis. I utilize a strength-based perspective and pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Interpersonal, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am holistic in my approach considering both the cognitive and physical parts of the human experience.
